Bob Black joined Witt, Hicklin & Snider, P.C. in September, 2005, the same year as his admission to the Missouri Bar. Bob is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law. During Law School, Bob served as a published Law Review staff member in the UMKC Law Review. Prior to law school, Bob was an instructor at the United States Military Academy at West Point and the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Bob earned a Bachelor's degree from California State University and Master’s degrees from the University of Texas and Kansas State University. Bob is married to Marlene Black, an elementary school principal.
