Jennifer is a 2009 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, after earning a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Duncan clerked at the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office. During law school, Ms. Duncan was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable James E. Welsh of the 7th Judicial Circuit of Clay County, Missouri, and a law Clerk for the Clay County, Missouri, Prosecutor’s Office. Jennifer is a member of the Missouri Bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
